We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to oversee daily office operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, managing office supplies, and providing administrative support to the team. You will also provide managerial oversite to our other office managers in our Charlotte and Atlanta offices. This position will be required to be based out of our Connecticut office in a full time capacity and will assist in an office relocation.


  • Open and ready the office for the day, ensuring that the office entry and general area are clean and tidy.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and pantries as well as the procurement of all snacks, beverages, and utensil needs
  • Check the CT Office Services mailbox and respond to employee requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain an organized and stocked supply area and order supplies as needed.
  • Assign key cards and submit parking forms for new hires and deactivate for terminations.
  • Liaise with the building and complete online work orders for general maintenance as needed.
  • Assist with office events, including catering and office set up and breakdown.
  • Manage office equipment maintenance, including scheduling service calls if needed.
  • Ensure office bills are being paid (Cable, parking & coffee/Ice Machine)
  • Onboard new hires as needed – receive computers, show them around office, introduce them to employees, set up intro meetings with local leadership
  • Run point on office branding applications, changes, and updates as part of Octagon’s rebranding efforts
  • Other administrative duties as required

  • 4-10 years of experience in office management or administrative support.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with managing expenses and processing purchase orders.

The compensation range for this position is $60,000 - 75,000 and comes with a comprehensive benefits package
