We are looking for an Account Trainee to join our dynamic team to support the development of consumer experiences for our financial services client. This role supports a dedicated team that creates events supporting our client’s integrated campaigns. Our campaigns feature programming with iconic sports & CSR partnerships – including MLB, NFL, Motorsports, and Endurance properties!
Our ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented, a creative thinker and a great communicator. We are looking for someone who is highly collaborative, a self-starter, and is comfortable taking the lead and voicing their opinions and ideas. THE WORK YOU’LL DO
- Support broader campaign team across multiple programs including MLB, NFL, Motorsports, Endurance & CSR partnerships
- Assist in administration and event operations, including coordinating activation elements, making travel arrangements, and coordinating on-site materials (shipping and tracking of promotional items, signage, collateral, etc.)
- Assist with vendor management, premium procurement and property research
- Support teammates with planning and on-site execution of event marketing programs
- Prepare pre-event briefing materials on select campaign programs
- Manage documents such as status reports, inventory tracking documents and meeting notes
- Participate in brainstorms and creative ideation and provide research as requested
- Assist in day-to-day general office administration such as managing incoming and outgoing mail/packages and shipments, etc.
- Other duties as reasonably assigned
- Weekend/holiday work and travel are required

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- A passion and expertise in sports, entertainment, gaming, music and/or culture
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 0-1 years of work or internship experience in the communications, advertising or marketing industries – previous event marketing experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software (specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
- Capacity to become knowledgeable on our clients’ industry, brand and product offerings
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and produce quality work within deadlines
- Mature business sense and ability to work alongside client on a daily basis
- Capable of solving problems effectively and independently as well as working as a team
- Possesses interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) and superior organizational skills
- Willingness to travel, work weekends, holidays, and non-standard hours
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

This position pays minimum wage and is overtime-eligible.
