We are looking for a creative and passionate individual, an all-round Designer who is a smart and diligent worker.

We’re a global, ideas-led agency operating in the exciting worlds of sport, entertainment and culture. We produce a diverse body
of integrated work – from TVCs and content to live brand experiences and global toolkits – for clients such as ABI, Expedia,, Paddy Power, Deliveroo, Liverpool FC, Chivas, Accor, Jägermeister, Sony PlayStation, Netflix and Shell. As a key Designer, you’ll be working closely with the wider Creative Team across our largest UK account, partnered with our Design Director and Creative Directors.

You will have a strong portfolio that shows you are adept at crafting thoughtful and inspired wrok, led by innovative thinking across a range of media. You should be comfortable bringing ideas to the table and running clients through ideas and work, whilst working closely with our strategic and creative leads to bring the vision alive

In short, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Driving the standard of creative design and execution across all workstreams
  • Working closely alongside Client Services, Creative and strategy Teams in delivering against project briefs
  • Designing, directing and managing collateral leaving the studio
  • Overseeing long term projects, gaining full knowledge of a brand and contributing ideas that support this
  • Acting as a consultant to clients, managing expectations and presenting ideas with enthusiasm
  • Working closely with the Creative Director and/or Design Director on projects, often presenting design work in tandem with them

 You will also need to have:

  • Solid agency experience working in a similar role, ideally for a minimum of 4 years
  • An outstanding portfolio of work across relevant clients and channels
  • A high level of computer literacy within InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Powerpoint
  • A good understanding of corresponding packages, including Microsoft Office and Acrobat
  • Proven ability to adopt a self-motivated, methodical, problem-solving approach to work
  • Ability to identify, define and implement best design practices across the business
  • Excellent people management, presentation, organisational and time-management skills
  • A passion for design trends, key fashions and techniques
