THE JOB / Account Executive, Financial Services Client, Tradeshows

Are you adept at handling the twists and turns of programs and experiences in the unique world of live events?

The Account Executive will support our team’s management of B2B trade shows, conferences, events, and activations! You will assist the team in coordinating all aspects of our client’s schedule of events, including but not limited to strategic development of program, venue and association coordination, on-site activation executions, event analysis, assistance in reporting and tracking metrics, event production, administrative support and other duties as assigned. The AE will work on multiple programs and events from the initial planning stages to the production and execution. The ideal candidate should be able to prioritize assigned tasks, work well in high-pressure situations, and succeed in an environment with strict timelines.



  • Support the team with planning and implementation of numerous events
  • Create templates and professional documents, including timelines and program recaps
  • Work closely with 3rd party vendors to fulfill activation, production, and premium needs
  • Asset management of event equipment (of varying configurations) and logistics management
  • Assist with event and program research
  • Day-to-day contact with Manager to ensure needs are being met
  • Other administrative duties and related duties as assigned across the broader account team

  • A passion for and expertise in sports, entertainment, music and/or celebrity & lifestyle culture
  • 1-2+ year(s) work experience in event marketing/event production/trade show execution
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively strict timelines and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail, with superior organization skills
  • A not afraid to “pitch in”, “roll up your sleeves” and get it done approach, with a commitment to taking initiative
  • Excellent communications skills – both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated experience in positions requiring discretion, judgment, tact, and poise, remaining reliable and trustworthy
  • Ability to manage on-site challenges effectively
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours including weekend/holiday travel and travel to 1-2 events a year
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to or more than eight hours at a time
