THE JOB / Creative Art Director
CREATIVE / Responsible for generating bold, innovative ideas (LIKE THESE) and producing design, technology and content for our clients’ marketing programs.
** Our headquarters is located in Stamford, CT but the location of this position can be flexible with a preference for working in one of our office locations - Stamford, CT, New York, NY, Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA, or Los Angeles, CA. We will also consider a remote-based working arrangement for qualified candidates.**
Okay, so we’ve all seen and heard the ridiculousness --
“We’re looking for idea ninjas, Photoshop rockstars, creative gurus or [worst of the bunch] idea evangelists.”
We don’t want any of that!
What we DO want are people who are hell-bent on doing really interesting work and want to do it at a place that wrote and continues to re-write the book on high-end brand activations and experiences that leverage the biggest and best sports, entertainment and cultural platforms in the world.
The work you’ll do
As we continue to go gangbusters, we’re looking to build our creative department with a person who’s got very strong conceptual chops, (zero give on this one, it’s the biggest part of this gig) has plenty of hands-dirty experience, as well as the ability to bring big, platform-level ideas to life. And to do all of that with a strong rationale and zero fear. Better yet, you’ll do it for brands like Budweiser, Delta Air Lines, Mastercard, PlayStation and Taco Bell.
In addition to calling yourself a fan and/or having the drive and curiosity to understand the world of sports and entertainment, you’ll also need strong skills in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator to craft and deliver presentations, lead brainstorms and generally run point on high level creative assignments.

Who we're looking for
- You have 5-7ish years of experience at traditional, digital, or ideally, experiential agencies
- Current and review-ready portfolio
- You have a “roll up your sleeves” mentality -- as we expect you to not only conceptualize, but help bring ideas to life
- You have experience pitching and wowing clients with slick art direction and design
- Digital, social copywriting experience
- Ability to take an active part in a collaborative environment and work as part of a team
- Experience in team-based concept development, including ongoing delivery of fresh ideas
- The confidence and maturity to know that great ideas can come from anyone, anywhere. Except Accounting.
