If you have knowledge and experience planning and managing events while on a constant search for the next best experience, this opportunity is for you! Our team is searching for an Experiential Manager who can take a creative idea and bring it to life on-site for brands to own and consumers to enjoy.

- Lead on-site execution including coordinating activation elements, making travel arrangements, and managing on-site materials (shipping and tracking of promotional items, signage, collateral, etc.)
- Hire vendors and partners to work alongside and bring activation elements to life from conception to on-site execution
- Host vendor/partner and internal status calls during planning, providing relevant updates and ensuring deadlines are met
- Lead on-site staff for weekly College GameDay broadcasts and annual Final Four activations
- Manage finance trackers, budgets, and program reconciliation
- Work with internal colleagues to produce execution guides, program recaps, and other event-related documents
- Oversight and management of direct reports, while also supporting career development
- Other related duties/projects as reasonably assigned
- Travel to College GameDay broadcast locations regularly and Final Four host cities for the activation and supervision of client’s programming, including non-traditional hours, nights, and weekends
