** Our headquarters is located in Charlotte, NC but the location of this position can be flexible with a preference for working in one of our office locations - Stamford, CT, New York, NY, Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA. We will also consider a remote-based working arrangement for qualified candidates.**

Are you highly skilled at managing multiple experiential programs across a spectrum of professional sports, local, cause, and entertainment events?

Our team is searching for a dedicated and hardworking Group Director to lead a cross-functional team with the goal of producing world-class experiences.

But what will I do? Glad you asked. You will start by leading our MLB/NFL team by developing and executing activations across our client’s team partnerships. You will also oversee a dedicated team of experiential leads managing a body of work that includes programming across Endurance, Golf, Motorsports, and CSR spaces. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously, delivering a collection of experiences that embody our client’s brand.

  • Develop relationships with clients as a trusted advisor while driving programs/projects forward
  • Be a team leader encouraging an inclusive environment for all team members
  • Lead project teams in producing multiple programs across our client’s sports, entertainment, and local and cause partnerships.
  • Lead the experiential production of multiple sponsorship project work-streams from development through execution
  • Work closely with our Client Services team to develop/activate programs in support of clients’ goals and objectives
  • Work closely with your teams to oversee program execution – including vendor management, logistical planning, budget management, event execution, and recapping
  • Sustain and optimize the broad body of work associated with our account team by implementing management routines and protocols to foster an environment for thoughtful ideation, critical forecasting of program deliverable, reviews/recaps, and transparent communication of program updates across teams/clients
  • Manage quality control of client-facing communications and project management materials across the team
  • Oversee employee career development across the team
  • Other administrative and related duties as assigned


  • 8+ years’ experience in experiential marketing with sponsorship properties, leagues, teams/clubs, CSR organizations, ambassadors and/or influencers, Financial Services industry experience/knowledge a plus
  • Experience developing successful integrated sponsorship activations, initiatives, and campaigns with cross-functional agency/client teams
  • Experience developing presentations for internal/external senior executives
  • Experience managing multiple programs, coordinating key timelines, and leading teams performing under pressure with strong attention to detail
  • A people leader who is invested in the success of the team first and enjoys team building
  • Builds positive relationships, internally and externally – finding opportunities to add value with every interaction
  • Communicates concisely, persuasively, and effectively with the ability to forecast and mitigate issues/challenges effectively
  • Detail-oriented with superior organization skills
  • Willing to work non-traditional hours including weekend/holiday travel
  • Willingness to travel to various event sites throughout the U.S.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to or more than eight hours at a time
