THE JOB / Junior Copywriter
CREATIVE / Responsible for generating bold, innovative ideas and producing design, technology and content for our clients’ marketing programs
It takes two to tango. Especially in the ad game. Good ideas come from equal parts strong writing and great art direction combined and nuanced to deliver a strong emotion and great story!
And that’s what we’re looking for. Budding art directors and copywriters who are all about their craft, who want to work at the forefront of Sports and Entertainment marketing where big ideas, dynamic content, and engaging experiences are held at a premium.
You’ll have to be versatile, resourceful and confident enough to handle the different kinds of creative asks. Everything from crafting big, conceptual, press-worthy ideas and headlines, to highly engaging experiential ideas that wow and amaze, to digital/influencer campaigns that help spread the word on social platforms.
Finally, and most importantly, this is a pretty cool place to work -- and that’s coming from the people writing this job posting, not the HR department.
Everyone on the team works hard, but it’s not working hard just to prove who can work longest. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 1-3 years of agency experience.
- Current and review-ready portfolio. Even better if it’s from a portfolio school.
- Strong Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator skills for art directors.
- Ability to take an active part in a collaborative environment and work as part of a team.
- Experience in team-based concept development, including ongoing delivery of fresh ideas.
